About the build
Knockthrough of two smaller room to make one large open plan living space with the addition of a rear extension to increase the size even more. Rear lean-to covered area to enable use of the garden year round. Brand new kitchen installed and garden landscaped to complete the project.

I'm so pleased with my extension. It gives me just the space I wanted and I love to be in the kitchen. The design is fab and works really well and the outside covered space is remarkably useful. Paul did a great job throughout and was always helpful and took any worries away, All the guys who came were really skillful and always left everywhere neat, clean and tidy EVERY day....amazing, I would highly recommend OPB and wouldn't use anyone else now. About the build
Structural alterations to create an open plan kichen living area from two exisitng smaller rooms. Once complete kitchen was supplied and fitted from our kitchen partner and flooring fitted by our Joinery team.
Open Plan Orangery, Hoylake
About the build
Large orangery style extension added to the rear of the home with both existing rear rooms knocked through to create a large open plan living space for all of the family. Brand new utitlty and bathroom was also created as part of the renovations.

Paul and his team did a great job on our single story extension(open plan kitchen-dinner style), and some other smaller projects since. Great attention to detail. Really approachable and gave great ideas which we took on board. Left the house/garden spotless and safe each day to ensure minimal impact on family. Most of all v trustworthy, happy to leave him keys, and no issues with moving goal posts which you sometimes hear of. Would highly recommend.
Modern Orangery - Hoylake, Wirral
About the build
Modern orangery build complete with knockthrough from kitchen area to create an open plan feel to the downstairs of the property. The build included many modern and eco features including underfloor heating, LED internal and external lighting, k-rend external rendering system, Firestone rubber roof and internal gutter system. All glazing is triple glazed in aluminium frames supplied by John Knight Glass.
Side and kitchen extension - Pensby, Wirral
About the build
OPB were instructed to complete a large open plan rear kitchen extension originally started by another builder. Once complete OPB returned to add a double story side extension to the property creating an extra bedroom and large integral garage. OPB also helped to project manage some general refurbishments to the property including external rendering, new roof, new windows and internal joinery upgrades.
Double story rear extension - Woolton, Liverpool
About the build
A large double story rear extension on Mr and Mrs Christiansen home in Woolton, Liverpool. The project involved creating a large open plan kitchen/living extension, new bathroom downstairs, an extra bedroom upstairs with an en-suite bathroom and external hard landscaping.
