During most builds there will probably become a point when your property will be less in value from when the work was started. At OPB we completely understand these concerns and of course it's only natural to feel this way. Paul feels his hands on approach and constant presence along with his trusted contractors will hopefully alleviate your concerns day by day (we know this from previous projects completed). All our Trades have a fantastic working relationship with each other and are very conscious of the next Trade who follows on. This leads to not only the smooth running of the build but also and probably more importantly the final finish. At OPB we have every trade in place ready to start creating your “Dream Space”.
